What are the Multiple Offender Panel Rules?

Rules are as follows:

  • The panel will begin promptly at 6 pm; therefore, you need to arrive approximately 15 minutes early. Rides will be required to wait outside of the building.
  • If you are late, you will not be admitted.
  • Drinking or illicit drug use prior to attendance is strictly prohibited. You shall submit to a breathalyzer as requested.
  • No food, drink, or gum is allowed inside the courtroom.
  • You must bring your identification with you.
  • You must pay $25 cash before you will be admitted. Coins will not be accepted and change can not be made for large bills.
  • Failure to attend and/or not be admitted will be a violation of your court order.
