Are my probation fees included in the costs and fines?

No, probation fees are separate from costs and fines. You can obtain the balance of your probation fees by contacting your probation officer. Court Supervision/Conditional Discharge cases are ordered to pay a monthly probation fee until all special conditions are completed and verified by Henry County Court Services (i.e. evaluation/treatment). This is why it is very important to keep in contact with your probation officer regarding the status of your special conditions. If you are court-ordered to submit to random drug testing, a monthly probation fee will be assessed for your entire term.
