I have been arrested for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), where do I get an evaluation?

The law requires you to obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation by a licensed provider. You may refer to Yellow Pages under Alcohol Treatment or Drug Treatment, or the internet to locate a licensed provider near you.

Additionally, we have a list of providers who are licensed to provide this evaluation in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit area.
