Do I have to report to court at the end of my term?

For Court Supervision, yes, there is a condition on the last page of the order that states you must appear in person at the end of the supervision period, and there will be a specific date listed on the order.

For Conditional Discharge, no, a court appearance is not necessary unless specifically ordered by the court.
