Hillcrest Home is centrally located in Henry County on Route 82, between Cambridge and Geneseo. We are a not-for-profit nursing home that is owned and operated by Henry County. We provide around-the-clock nursing care for people who need assistance caring for themselves. The employees of Hillcrest Home have always been known for their excellence in the care of our residents. Employees who work at Hillcrest Home are committed to helping residents return to their highest level of functioning. We believe that quality care goes far beyond medical treatment. We are committed to serving the total needs of each of our residents: medical, recreational, spiritual, personal and social.

Our Physical Therapy Department has been very successful in providing services that help our residents become more independent within the nursing home setting, and the therapy staff excel in providing therapy for our short-term residents who want to return to their homes.

Hillcrest has  106 Skilled semi-private beds, and we are licensed for Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, Respite Care and Veteran's Assistance.   For additional information feel free to give us a call.

Hillcrest is divided into four main sections called the "Annex", and this area is monitored by two separate nurse's stations. Each hallway has a shower room equipped with a handicapped assessable bathtub and/or shower.

The Annex is built around a landscaped courtyard with a shelter for summertime enjoyment. There is also a screen house on the front lawn with charcoal grills nearby. Families are welcome to reserve the screen house for picnics, birthday celebrations, and family reunions.

Program Goals:
