Benefits

Hillcrest Home offers our full-time employees an excellent benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation days, sick time, personal days, paid health insurance with a prescription card, a weekend bonus, and a retirement program. Part-time employees receive a prorated benefit package. We also offer shift differentials for second and third shifts. Employees are very willing to carpool to help with transportation.
