Traffic Violations
If you received a traffic citation in Henry County please read the back of the blue copy carefully. Your appearance date is on the front of the citation at the bottom with the address of which court you are to appear.
If your citation is marked "MUST APPEAR IN COURT" then your appearance is REQUIRED. Failure to do so may be just cause for a warrant to be issued.
If your citation is marked "NON MUST APPEAR" then you may plead guilty by signing the back of the blue copy at the bottom and sending payment to the court indicated on the front of the blue copy at the bottom.
Payment can be made by money order, certified check or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

If you want to ask for Court Supervision you "Must Appear" in court on the date indicated at the bottom of your citation. Any one 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any one under the age of 21 is required to attend defensive driving school.
If you feel you are NOT GUILTY sign your name and address on the back of the blue copy at the top. Indicate if you wish a trial by Judge or Jury and mail to appropriate court before your court date. Your case will be set for trial and notice will be sent.
